No, hemp derived CBD won’t make you “high” or experience any psychoactive effects. Hemp derived CBD typically contains no more than 0.3% THC, the chemical that causes the high effect. Oils typically can’t dissolve in water, hence the saying “like oil and water” means two things don’t mix. However, breaking down the particle size using nanotechnology makes CBD oil water soluble. CBD oil and water soluble CBD have different uses. CBD oil can be taken orally in a tincture or an edible product, or it can be used topically on the skin. Water soluble CBD can be dissolved in water and drank. Since water soluble CBD has a much smaller particle size, the body can absorb the cannabinoids into the bloodstream much quicker than regular CBD oil. 

All of our products are 3rd party lab tested to confirm that their THC content is less than 0.3% (trace amounts) and we also carry THC-free products. It is unlikely that someone taking our products would fail a drug test, however we cannot guarantee it as it ultimately depends on the test being used. Some tests specifically check for THC while other tests check for cannabinoids in general. Since CBD is a cannabinoid, this could potentially return a positive test result.
